New comment system of Youtube has brought the hopes of Global acceptance

New comment system of Youtube has brought the hopes of Global acceptance. It was seen in last month at Google I/O,an audience member asked Dror Shimshowitz,a head of product at YouTube, what he could do about the terrible comments on his YouTube channel.

According to Wired,Shimshowitz responded,"We are working on some improvements to the comment system,so hopefully we'll have an update on that in the next few months."He was pointed out four things:-
1.YouTube is encouraging the use of full names in its comment section
2.Users can comment anonymously but must explain why
3.Recent YouTube changes include video face-blurring tech to protect protesters
4.It may be a step towards making the Internet more civil, but will users comply?
A.Experts view:-
Most of the time reading comments on the Internet is like attending a slightly dysfunctional family dinner, full of passionately argued,half-baked political theories and tasteless jokes.Wandering into a YouTube comments section, however, can be like walking into a dive bar bathroom, walls and mirrors covered in graffiti as profane as it is pointless.
B.How new Youtube comment works:-
Apparently he wasn't lying.Try to comment on a video today and a window will pop up with the title "Start using your full name on YouTube," which will sign you in with your Google+ account.A YouTube spokesperson told BetaBeat that this option has been offered since June 29 and that users with a Google+ account will see the same thing if they try to upload a video. If you don't want to use your Google+ account, you can refuse-but then you're taken to a second prompt, which asks "Are you sure?"Then, like some kind of Internet degenerate, you must explain why you don't want to use your full name.
C.Behind name-hide policy:-
Most of the reasons provided involve the user being a business or product, although you can choose the mysterious "My channel is for personal use,but I cannot use my real name," useful if you are cruising YouTube as a member of the witness protection program.
It would have been more honest if YouTube had included,"I'm a jerk and would like to troll comment sections anonymously," but sadly that's not an option.Still,it's important to remember that not everyone on the site is a bored troll looking to mock watchers of Justin Bieber videos.
D.Face-blurring tool of Youtube:-
Recently YouTube launched its own face-blurring tool,a valuable tool for protesters trying to protect themselves from government recrimination. That pretty much sums up why YouTube will(hopefully)never completely take away the option to comment anonymously.
Balancing the needs for free speech and civility is a tricky proposition that, quite frankly,no website has completely figured out. This is definitely a step in the right direction for YouTube, whether or not its users will actually start using their real names is another question.
Conclusion:-
No doubt,it is a right direction of Google to make Youtube more useful towards the all section of people as we can say it 'Global acceptance.'

To read the document, you call the XmlDocument .Load(fileName) method;to save it, you simply call the XmlDocument.Save (fileName)method. So to read, modify, and save the document, you should be able to write code like this:

Top Ten Most Essential Earning Queries on Google Adsense

It is normally sounded top ten most essential questions about Google Adsense from newbie to old publishers too.

Today it trying to find out the reply of Top Ten Most Essential Earning Queries on Google Adsense.
1.Adsense can i choose to show cpm ads?
2.how much we can earn on cpm ads ?
3.how to display only cpm ads from adsense ?
4.how to get only CPM adsense ?
5.how to run CPM ads on adsense ?
6.how to select cpm ads in adsense ?
7.how to select cpm in google adsense ?
8.show cpm adsense only ?
9.what is amazon vs adsense cpm ?
10.how much can i get from adsense traffic cpm?
You will never know the cost per click price as it depends on two factors:-
(a)bids of the advertisers which fluctuate and (b)smartpricing which can discount the value of the click.
Adsense is one of Google’s main revenue sources ,so the more money a publisher can bring in,the better for them.So no,there is no limit. In terms of earning money on Adsense, your mileage varies. One website with 10,000 uniques a day can earn $50 a month while another may earn $5,000.It is not easy to predict how much you will earn from Adsense. The only way you can learn about how your site will perform with Adsense is through trying it.The amount you can earn will depend on the factors.
i.Responsiveness of audience to the ads:-
A travel website that provides information on travel to Spain will attract visitors looking for ways to arrange their travel and spend money on their vacation to Spain.Your site provides the info, but the ads will provide hotels, travel agencies, tourist destinations, car rentals — ads that are likely to get the attention of the users of your site. This is a site that will most likely do well with Adsense. However,if you are a gaming website where the main purpose of the user is to play games on your site, then Adsense will not perform as well.
ii.Ad format:-
some types of ads do better than others depending on your content and layout. In our case, large rectangles in the middle of the content is the best, while leaderboards do not generate as much as income. Skys are the worst for us. Experiment and measure the results via channels and see which formats work best for you.
iii.Ad placement:-
check Google’s heat map as they have tested where the best placements are https://www.google.com/support/adsense
iv.Ad colors:-
sometimes ads blended into the content works wonders, but sometimes ads that contrast your site colors work best
v.Number of ad units on a page:-
we are allowed maximum of 3 ads + 1 ad links + 1 search box on a page.Maximize the allowed number based on the resulting look of your page (you don’t want an overkill of ads).Users going to your page and reading your content may ignore the banner or rectangle at the top of the page, but may click on the ad at the bottom of the article
6.Smartpricing:-
the big unknown in Adsense. No one knows how this actually works. But it can affect the pricing of the ads on your site. If the advertiser paid for $0.50/click – but your site is smartpriced – then the cost may be discounted lower (e.g. $0.25).So you may try to develop a site based on high paying keywords but if smartpricing gets to you, then you may not get as much per click as what you are expecting from your keywords. Here is Google’s explanation of smart pricing https://adwords.google.com/support
Google’s smart pricing feature automatically adjusts the cost of a keyword-targeted content click based on its effectiveness compared to a search click. So if our data shows that a click from a content page is less likely to turn into actionable business results — such as online sales, registrations, phone calls, or newsletter signups — we reduce the price you pay for that click.
Conclusion:-
Experiment with the factors above (except smartpricing, which you can’t control),and see which combination works best.Remember though that not all sites do well with Adsense – even if you get gazillions of traffic but your visitors are not interested in looking for ways to spend their money, they won’t be interested in your ads and won’t click.

StumbleUpon Has Appointed Teal Newland As The New Marketing Vice President To Boost New Era

StumbleUpon has declared in it's about/profile page such as"Whether you’re interested in Humor,Photography,Fashion or Sports,we have something for you.Every Stumble is an adventure ,and something amazing is always just a click away." StumbleUpon kicked its turnaround into higher gear Monday with the hire of its first-ever vice president of sales.Teal is a big believer in food as entertainment, so she tries new restaurants and cooking classes at least once a month — though from what she tells me, it’s usually more eating and less cooking. And when she’s not diving into culinary pursuits you might find her out on the running trail or in the yoga studio.Teal lives in Brooklyn, New York, and will be based in our office in Manhattan.

Teal Newland,a former Digitas executive and Disney brand strategist, has joined the long-running web discovery engine and will oversee StumbleUpon’s advertising sales efforts, the company announced Monday.[source:stumbleupon]
StumbleUpon, the random click-to-uncover-the-web service,is a startup created by Garrett Camp, Geoff Smith, and Ram Shriram. The site first launched in 2001,was acquired by eBay(where it nearly lost all relevance)in 2007 for $29 million, and then was sold back to its original founders in 2009.The then newly independent company fought its way back from obscurity, landed $17 million more in funding, and surpassed 20 million users in October of last year. The reborn startup says it now serves more than 1.2 billion content recommendations each month.
As a popular serendipitous content discovery aide,StumbleUpon has managed to attract 75,000 brands, publishers, and marketers to its Paid Discovery platform. The ad product, akin to Facebook’s Sponsored Stories offering, allows advertisers to promote and target their content in a holistic,site-appropriate fashion.
Newland, who has the hook-up with big brands such as Delta and Intel through her former Digitas gig,has been brought on board to hawk the Paid Discovery platform and help the now 11-year-old company bring in more revenue.
StumbleUpon has offices in San Francisco and New York.Newland will be based in the New York office. The company declined to disclose revenue information.[source:stumbleupon]

Customer value and the value equation of the global marketing scenario

Customer value and the value equation of the global marketing scenario is one of the major asking matter in corporate world. Here we are trying to give the simple value equation. The essence of marketing is creating customer value that is greater than the value created by
the competitors.

The value equation is determined by perceived benefits divides price.Value for the customer can be increased by expanding or improving product and or service benefits,by reducing the price,or by a combination of these elements. Companies/institutions those use price as A competitive weapon must have a strategic cost advantage in order to create a sustainable competitive Advantage. This might come from heap labor,or access to cheap raw materials,or it might come from manufacturing scale or efficiency or more efficient management. Knowledge of the customer combined with innovation and creativity can lead to product improvements and service that matters to customers. If the benefits are strong enough and valued enough by customers,a company does not need to be the low-price competitor in order to win customers. The competitive advantages must exist relative to relevant competitors. If the company is in local industry then these competitors will be local,In order to national company or global company then their competitors will be national or global.
